"I used St. Ives for months thinking..."
I used St. Ives for months thinking my skin would eventually start looking better, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. The weird part is, I kept expecting some kind of improvement because I was using it consistently, but my face still looked dull and uneven

Ordering was mostly fine, but the checkout felt kind of slow... and my confirmation email took a while to show up. The products did arrive in good shape though, so overall it wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as I expected.

"Still waiting to see real results"
I really wanted this to be useful, but it feels like it takes forever to see anything happen. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “results can take a little time to show up,” which is fine, but it’s been slow enough that I’m starting to lose patience

"Not great for my oily skin"
I tried the St. Ives face scrub from stives.com because I was hoping it would help with my oily skin, but it didn’t do much for me. My face felt fresh for maybe a hour, then it got shiny again quick.
It also felt little too rough on my skin after I used it. I’m sure it might work better for the other people, but for my skin type, it just wasn’t great.

"Not loving the new formula"
I’m not sure why they changed the formula, but it really doesn’t work for me anymore. The old version was much better in my opinion, and this new one just feels like a downgrade.

I like how smooth this feels, and it is not too thick. It spreads easily and feels nice on my skin.

"Pretty natural feeling overall"
I got some stuff from St Ives since I usually like scrubs that seem more natural, or at least not super chemical-y. The scents were fresh and didn’t smell fake to me, which kind of makes me trust them more, even though I know smell doesn’t really prove anything. My skin felt soft after using it, so I’m happy with the order. I do wish the ingredient info was easier to compare though, because I kept clicking around and still wasn’t totally sure which one was best.

"Nice light scent"
Got this St. Ives scrub from St Ives and I really like the smell. It’s fresh and clean without being too strong. You notice it while using it, but it doesn’t linger forever. Happy with it.

"Left my face red and irritated"
I tried one of their scrubs, my skin turned red quickly. Who wants a face scrub that makes your skin feel itchy and like it’s burning? I washed it off right away, but the redness still stuck around for hours. Definitely not for me, and I won’t be buying it again.

"Smaller than I expected"
It’s alright overall, but yeah, the size was kinda smaller than I thought it’d be. Might be fine for travel or tossing in a bag, but I was expecting it to last a bit longer. Shipping was good though, no issues there...

"Smells fine, just not for me"
The scent is okay overall. It starts off kind of sweet, which I liked at first, but after a while it got a little tiring. Not sure how to explain it, but it just wasn’t something I wanted to keep smelling all day. Not bad, just not really my favorite.

It works okay, but ngl the scrub feels a bit too intense sometimes. The exfoliation is just a little too rough for my face, so I have to go easy with it.

"Did not notice any brightness or glow"
I bought this because I was hoping my skin would look a little brighter, but I did not notice any real glow. I used it for a few weeks, and my face pretty much looked the same, maybe even a bit duller on some days.
The product felt fine when I first put it on, so I wanted to like it, but the results just were not there for me. I would not really recommend it if you are mainly buying it for brightness.

I’ve been happy with the products overall, so I expected the customer service to be on the same level. I emailed about my order and didn’t hear back for a few days, which was a little frustrating. They did eventually respond and sort it out, but it felt like I had to follow up more than I should have

"Pretty good for face and body, but curious about others"
I’ve been using this on my face and arms, and overall it feels really nice. It’s not too harsh on my skin, which I appreciate. I’m just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with it being better on some areas than others?

"Moisture didn’t really last for me"
I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t enough for my dry skin. It feels nice when I first put it on, but about an hour later my face starts feeling dry and a little tight again. The scent is fine, but I mainly bought it for moisture. It might be okay for normal skin, but it didn’t work well enough for me

The site was simple to use, and I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble. That said, some of the wording and instructions weren’t very clear, which was a bit annoying and made me second-guess what I was doing.

"I’ve been using this for a little..."
I’ve been using this for a little while and it Did help clear up some of my acne. I still get breakouts here and there, so it’s not like a total miracle, but my skin does look a bit better overall

I used it for about a week hoping it would make my skin feel softer, but it still felt rough and even a little dry. I guess it’s okay, and maybe it works better for other people, but for me it didn’t really do what I expected
